  • Registration Information: When you create a C-end account or submit a B-end dealer review application, we collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, business license information, company storefront photo(s), business address, and other relevant information.
  • Transaction Information: Records generated when you browse, inquire, place orders, or purchase vehicles, parts, or services on the Platform, including but not limited to search history, inquiry records, order information, and payment details.
  • Communication Records: Content of communications made via our customer service system, Telegram, email, or other channels.
  • Automatically Collected Information: Including IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, access times, pages visited, and click behavior logs.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and deliver personalized content.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

  • Creating and maintaining your account;
  • Processing B-end dealer registration applications and conducting qualification reviews;
  • Providing vehicle display, search, inquiry, order, and transaction facilitation services;
  • Sending you vehicle information, promotions, and platform updates (you may unsubscribe at any time);
  • Improving Platform functionality and user experience;
  • Preventing fraudulent activity, ensuring transaction security, and fulfilling legal compliance obligations;
  • Generating anonymized statistical data to optimize business operations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent: To designated third parties with your separate consent;
  • With partner dealers: When you inquire or place an order with a specific dealer, necessary information (name, contact details, vehicle preference) is shared with that dealer to complete the service;
  • With service providers: Information may be shared with trusted third parties providing technical, payment, logistics, data analysis, or other services, subject to confidentiality agreements;
  • Legal requirements: Disclosure as required by Cambodian laws, court orders, or government authorities;
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of the assets.

We will not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Storage and Protection

  • Storage Location: Your personal information is primarily stored on secure servers in China and Cambodia. Where cross-border data transfer occurs, we take necessary safeguards to ensure your information receives protection at least equivalent to that described in this policy.
