Welcome to JY CarHub Cambodia (“the Platform,” “we,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and the Platform regarding your use of the Platform’s services. Please read these Terms carefully before using any services on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Service Description

JY CarHub Cambodia is an automotive trading platform operating in Cambodia, dedicated to connecting Chinese-brand vehicle sources with the Cambodian market, offering the following services:

  • Display and search of new and used vehicles;
  • Matching supply and demand for vehicle parts and after-sales services;
  • B-end dealer registration review and wholesale price permission management;
  • Vehicle order progress tracking;
  • Value-added services (inspection reports, financial solution integration, etc.).

The Platform does not directly participate in transactions between buyers and sellers, does not hold vehicle inventory, and does not earn margins on vehicle prices.

2. User Eligibility and Account Registration

  • C-end Users: Any individual aged 18 or above may use C-end functions (browsing vehicles, viewing retail prices, making inquiries) after providing true and accurate registration information.
  • B-end Dealer Users: Automotive dealers with legitimate business qualifications must submit the following materials through the Platform for the review process:
    • Valid business license (scanned copy or photo);
    • Company storefront photo or physical business premises photo;
    • Contact person’s name, position, and phone number;
    • Company business address;
    • Other qualification documents as required by the Platform.
  • Review Process: B-end registration applications will be reviewed within 3-7 business days after submission. Upon approval, the user will receive corresponding permissions (including but not limited to viewing wholesale prices, listing vehicles, and viewing full inspection reports). The Platform reserves the right to reject applications based on reasonable grounds without providing reasons.
  • Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding their account passwords and login credentials, and bear full responsibility for all activities occurring under their account. Users must immediately notify the Platform of any suspected unauthorized use of their account.

3. User Conduct Guidelines

Users must not, when using the Platform:

  1. Register fake accounts or impersonate others;
  2. Post false, misleading, illegal, or infringing vehicle information;
  3. Post vehicle information that does not comply with Platform formatting requirements;
  4. Interfere with Platform operations, including but not limited to using automated tools to scrape data or attacking servers;
  5. Engage in any promotional or marketing activities unrelated to vehicle trading;
  6. Circumvent the Platform’s review mechanisms or security measures;
  7. Infringe upon the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights of other users or third parties;
  8. Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.

4. B-end Dealer Vehicle Listing Rules

  1. Approved B-end dealers may list vehicle sources in accordance with Platform guidelines;
  2. Vehicle listings must be true, accurate, and complete, including key information such as model, year, mileage, condition description, and price;
  3. Listings must clearly distinguish between retail and wholesale prices (the Platform does not intervene in pricing, but dealers should maintain reasonable pricing);
  4. Dealers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of their listed vehicle information;
  5. If false listings, duplicate postings, or violations are found, the Platform reserves the right to remove relevant listings without prior notice, and to suspend or terminate the dealer’s account depending on the severity.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. The Platform and its original content (including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface designs, databases, and software) are the intellectual property of JY CarHub Cambodia or its licensors;
  2. Without the Platform’s written permission, no user may copy, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use the Platform’s content;
  3. Users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use vehicle images and information posted on the Platform for display and promotional purposes.

6. Disclaimer

  1. Vehicle information on the Platform is posted by dealer users themselves. The Platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of vehicle information;
  2. The Platform does not intervene in transaction disputes between buyers and sellers. Parties should resolve disputes related to vehicle quality, pricing, delivery, etc. through direct negotiation or legal channels;
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform’s services;
  4. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties.

7. Service Modification and Termination

  1. The Platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue part or all of its services when necessary. Changes will be notified to users through reasonable means in advance;
  2. If a user violates any provision of these Terms, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account and reserves the right to pursue legal action;
  3. Upon account termination, the user must cease using the Platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
  2. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

9. Changes to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users through platform announcements, email, or other conspicuous means. The revised Terms take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
